Recap and Videos from HashiDays London

HashiCorp hosted HashiDays in London on June 12, the second event from our new series created as one-day, single-track, deeply technical, and community-focused events. HashiDays brings together customers, practitioners, as well as HashiCorp employees to explore and discuss different areas around infrastructure and cloud adoption, with topics ranging from customer stories and use cases, to technical product exploration. We held our first HashiDays event in May in New York City.

HashiDays London kicked off with Mitchell Hashimoto delivering the opening keynote discussing what HashiCorp has been working on, what’s next, and the current landscape of our product suite. Several product-focused deep dives from customers and HashiCorp employees followed Mitchell’s keynote.

Here is a quick summary from each of the sessions:

Elsevier - Iain Gray, Operations Manager Core Engineering, & James Rasell, Systems Engineering, presented on operational maturity with extremely large scale systems and migrating from on-premises to cloud. Watch presentation

HashiCorp - Jeff Mitchell, Vault Lead, presented on how organizations can leverage modern secrets management with Vault. Watch presentation

HashiCorp - Paddy Foran, Terraform Expert, presented on migrating infrastructure to multi-cloud with Terraform and Nomad. Watch presentation

Monzo - Simon Vans-Colina, Engineer on Core Team, & Matt Heath, Engineer on Core Team, presented on how Monzo uses HashiCorp products throughout their banking infrastructure. Watch presentation

OpenCredo - Nicki Watt, CTO, presented on companies working with Terraform and the practical application to evolve and orchestrate your infrastructure. Watch presentation

Over 300 people attended HashiDays London and many of training sessions the following day sold out.
