Group Manager, Integrated Campaigns

About the role 

We are looking for a Group Manager, Integrated Campaigns and Programs on the Global Demand Generation team to be the primary owner of the lead acquisition strategy for global integrated campaigns, webinars, and other initiatives. This leader will work to deliver on-demand goals and collaborate across product marketing, regional marketing, digital marketing, partner, DevRel and corporate marketing teams to efficiently deliver on expectations while also be given the latitude to build new strategies and ideas. This leader will be focused on increasing the effectiveness of “methods” to present programs/content, these are essentially the offerings we have that we are looking to build demand for (get leads, pipeline, revenue).

As a leader you will be accountable for driving the creation of a centralized function, that is accountable for the design, development and deployment of HashiCorp campaigns and programs.  Each initiative will have precise and measurable objectives and be tailored by persona, segments, verticals, partners and solutions.

In this role you can expect to

  • Develop and manage the execution of programs and campaigns in alignment with the company goals
  • Scope demand program requirements, budget, resource needs and delivery timeframes based on data
  • Develop global campaigns and programs (including inbound/outbound sales plays) with localization strategy and work with Regional Marketing leaders to deliver on leads and pipeline goals.
  • Build a high performing team that’s core competencies lie in market strategy, journey mapping and project management
  • Create the foundation, templates, and planning process that will drive cross function campaign execution 
  • Define and own KPIs for targets and growth
  • Identify critical areas of improvement across the funnel while developing plans to address challenges in a rapid and effective manner.
  • Management of communications to multiple complex stakeholder groups at a regional and global level
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and channel experts to plan, evaluate, execute and measure persona based marketing journeys from brand awareness through expansion, extension and renewal. While keeping a global perspective on country maturity, market needs and translation requirements.
  • Create a CoE (Center of Excellence) around webinar execution. Maintaining a regular cadence of product introduction and use case exploration content. 

You may be a good fit for our team if you have

  • Minimum 5+ years experience, an ideal candidate will have enterprise demand generation experience with exposure to SaaS
  • Experience initiating and driving strategic, cross-functional programs to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Demonstrated experience collecting and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover customer insights.
  • Proven ability to cultivate talent and nurture resources; build and drive extended and disparate teams
  • Past experience working in a global role a plus 
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment and meet deadlines. Effective and versatile with a bias for action and sense of urgency
