Revenue Operations Project Manager

The Revenue Operations Project Manager will be responsible for operationalizing existing business practices, coordinating activities between multiple projects, and building positive relationships with cross-functional departments that align to HashiCorp's business goals. The Revenue Operations Project Manager should have strong SFDC skills, project management tools such as Jira (preferred) and experience with sales tools, strong operational skills, and detail oriented. The Revenue Operations Project Manager will be responsible for the overall project success, timeline, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, business UAT,  for each project.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, coordinate and monitor overall project
  • Coordinate cross-teams stakeholder engagement
  • Capture business requirements and assist with requirement documentation
  • Act as point of contact between WWFO and IT on assigned project
  • Develop a detailed project plan (timeline, RACI, etc.) to track progress
  • Apply change and risk management as needed to stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and engagement by clearly communicating project objectives, timeline updates, status, and risks
  • Build Rev Ops user stories for business UAT sessions
  • Perform retrospective after completion of project
  • Act as first level support for issues, requests relating to Salesforce and sales tools
  • Assist in conducting UAT sessions related to ongoing system improvements
  • Review, triage, and deliver on new requests in the sales operations ticketing system
  • Help with documenting changes, or any other Rev Ops projects as needed
  • Assist in prioritizing Rev Ops tickets by capturing requirements from WWFO

  • Must be a self-starter with high attention to detail, able to work on assigned tasks independently and comfortable with identifying and initiating discussions about opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in Technology Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or GTM operations
  • Minimum 2 years in a Project Manager capacity
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Excellent Salesforce (SFDC) Skills 
  • Experience with Asana, Jira, or other project management tools
  • System Administration: Salesforce or other sales tools
  • Experience with Google Suite
