About the role

This is your time to shine. You will join a high-performance team where you will work with cloud infrastructure, program management, email marketing, automation, and customer advocacy and how they are a critical piece in your day to day work. You will play an integral part in helping customers achieve their cloud operating model and vision, guiding them through the strategic and technical facets of their cloud transformation journey. We do this by providing prescriptive and proactive guidance to our customers through digital communication strategies while utilizing relationship management skills, and technical credibility to optimally communicate at all levels of the organization. By anticipating customer needs and bringing to bear yours and the team's abilities, we will ensure our customers are successful and achieve value quickly. 

In this role you can expect to learn how to...

  • Coordinate customer onboarding, identify stake-holders, customer needs, and potential challenges in an automated fashion.
  • Work with ESP and CRM systems, like Marketo and Salesforce, to leverage opportunity data and digital interactions with our customers.
  • Design engaging and actionable email content for our customers that will help them throughout all stages of their journey with HashiCorp.
  • Analyze feedback email response rates through ESP data and develop new communication plans to better gauge customer progression with our products. 
  • Identify customer health based on various data sources.
  • Identify key obstacles that could contribute to varied success rates. 
  • Analyze journey data and build dashboards in Salesforce correlating digital onboarding and feedback email metrics with onboarding success rates for our customers. 
  • Build effective internal communication through guides on our automation systems.
  • Identify risks and blockers to prevent revenue and account churn.
  • Advocate for our customers as you coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to drive customer success.

You may be a good fit for our team if you...

  • Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business or equivalent training in the United States
  • Have academic or some professional experience working in a corporate environment
  • Have some experience with email marketing and/or CRM systems
  • Have an interest in data analytics and/or automation 
  • Are familiar with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Are excited to work with products that provide cloud infrastructure tooling 
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Are well-organized and have excellent work ethic, attention to detail, self-starting, and an ability to learn
  • Are a creative thinker who also understands real-world products   
  • Have the constant desire to grow, learn, and explore new things
  • Emulate the HashiCorp principles
