About the role...

Account and Opportunity Data Management

  • Manage daily territory account and opportunity updates and ad-hoc requests
  • Manage the Sales Operations ticket/case request process for Account/Opportunity transfers, data deduplications, booking requests 
  • Support the bi-annual Territory and Planning process 
  • Identify opportunities to clean SFDC data for more insightful analytics.

Deal Management

  • Process bookings of customer orders. Complete order cycle, ensure quality and efficiency through the entire process
  • Support of internal and external customers in regards to order booking and order tracking
  • Create Quotes and Order Forms for sales deals
  • Partner with Deal Managers on non-standard, custom, and/or complex deal structures to provide accurate quotes and order forms to match the intent of the deal
  •  Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the order process, achieve joint goals, and solve problems related to order processing. These teams include finance, service, contracts, collections, and others
  • Accurately enter deal information into Salesforce
  • Special projects related to order processing and general Deal Management process improvements


You may be a good fit for our team if you have:

  • 3 + years experience working closely with WW Sales Operations Teams within a SaaS Enterprise Software business
  • Experience with Quote to Cash CPQ Tool is a must
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment with minimum supervision
  • Ability to gather requirements and manage complex initiatives, execute within timelines and work with multiple stakeholders 
  • BA/BS degree preferred
