About the role
HashiCorp is seeking a results-oriented Inside Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of success. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a fast-growing company that solves development, operations, and security challenges in the cloud infrastructure space.
In this role you can expect to
- Spearhead the growth & adoption of HashiCorp within Enterprise Named accounts
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through various outbound channels to increase customer interest, and excitement in HashiCorp products
- Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries regarding interest in HashiCorp products
- Craft a great first impression to our prospects and customers by adding value during every customer touchpoint
- Partner with our experienced AE's to help build pipeline and grow your sales skills
- Engage in team development and mentoring
- Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business
You may be a good fit for our team if you have
- 2+ year(s) of work experience; Tech Sales, Consulting or Operations experience at a technology company highly preferred
- Consistently been a top performer in prior roles
- Experience working with a technical product or the aptitude to quickly learn complex technical concepts
- Experience with pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling
- The ability to structure, control, and lead calls
- High integrity and a team-first mentality
- Positive and upbeat phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
- Sales training and Salesforce experience a plus
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred
