Inside Partner Sales Manager

HashiCorp is looking for a dynamic builder who has the cross functional sales and marketing skills to recruit, enable, support and grow partners across the United States.  This individual will be coordinating with the Regional Field Partner Sales Managers and Partner Solution Engineers. This position is geared to support a broad range of Resellers and System Integrator Partners across North America. 

Reporting to the Director of National Partner Sales, the Inside Partner Sales Manager will be located in Austin, TX and be a key member of the Partner sales team and will have responsibility for contributing to the overall North American partner sales pipeline and bookings number.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop partner sourced pipeline and achieve a target revenue objective (quota) among Enabled and Corporate reseller partners
  • Recruit, on-board and manage new Resellers and Systems Integrator partners in region
  • Support partners in presenting and selling HashiCorp services
  • Facilitate partner sales transactional business, account contract alignment and order flow
  • Enable HashiCorp Commercial segment sellers on partner engagement processes
  • Continuously work with cross-functional teams to train/enable/certify partners across North America
  • Execute demand generation activity with focus corporate resellers for development of commercial pipeline
  • Plan and lead enablementment sessions for focus Reseller and Systems Integration partner sellers on HashiCorp product and value proposition
  • Monitor and report on sales and operational results based on KPIs
  • Execute yearly partner plans and QBRs with selected growth partners

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record of success in partner sales
  • 3-5 years of inside partner/channel sales experience
  • Partner relationships in North America
  • Strategic business and marketing planning capabilities Experience supporting a large number of partners
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven capacity to build relationships remotely and close business with partners
  • Must be well organized, self-motivated, and thrive in a dynamic sales environment

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
