Sales Compensation Analyst

HashiCorp is seeking a Full-Time, Sales Compensation Analyst, to support HashiCorp's Sales Compensation team in preparing for our compensation plans and systems for FY20 2H launch.  The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with up to 3 years' experience with compensation in a sales or operations environment.  Experience with Xactly Incent Software is required.   • Support the translation of compensation structures into various comp schedules by role 
  • Work with Sales Ops, Sales Management, & Legal to ensure Master Plan & Schedules for all sales roles are updated in line with approved structures
  • Review existing Xactly Incent Compensation structures and provide best practices around administration
  • Identify and build system changes required to support new compensation structures
  • Test and validate new compensation structures
  • Prepare Xactly Dashboards and Statement Reports views for launching to individuals 
  • Prepare the individual sales compensation schedules
  • Submit compensation plans to individuals and follow up on signatures
  • Document and file process, plans, and executed comp plans

This role requires being full-time in San Francisco.
