Sr. Growth Marketing Manager I - Integrated Campaigns

About the team

Our Integrated Campaigns team drives worldwide strategies to engage prospects and customers and generate demand for our prioritized products and solutions. We drive our Go to Market (GTM) strategy, and partner closely with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, DevRel, the Worldwide Field Organization and others to bring full-funnel campaigns and programs to life and optimize performance and business impact.

As the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager I, Integrated Campaigns, you will be responsible for running campaigns for a technical decision-maker audience globally at scale. This role demands strategic vision, hands-on project management, and cross-team collaboration to drive demand via campaign outputs for our most valuable target audience. 

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

  • Develop and execute full-funnel campaigns targeting technical decision-makers across digital, events, email, and content channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Growth, Content, and Sales to align messaging and drive pipeline outcomes.
  • Lead campaign planning and execution using Asana—defining goals, timelines, deliverables, and owning performance optimization.
  • Create and refine campaign assets such as email nurtures and webinars tailored to the buyer journey.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a high-performing pod structure by facilitating alignment, managing dependencies, and maintaining high execution standards.

What you’ll need (basic qualifications)

  • 8+ years of experience managing scaled, cross-functional marketing campaigns—ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to design and execute campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline impact.
  • Strong background in demand generation and integrated marketing.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Data-driven, with strong analytical and storytelling capabilities.

What's nice to have (preferred qualifications)

  • Experience at high-growth tech companies.
  • Experience marketing cloud services and/or software solutions.
  • Experience marketing towards a technical decision-maker audience.

Individual pay within the range will be determined based on job related-factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.

The base pay range for this role in the SF Bay Area / NYC area is:
$139,200$163,800 USD
The base pay range for this role in California (excluding SF Bay Area), New York (excluding NYC), Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, Washington D.C., or Maryland is:
$127,700$150,200 USD
The base pay range for this role in Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro), Illinois, Minnesota, or Washington (excluding Seattle Metro) is:
$116,000$136,500 USD
