Using HashiCorp Vault to manage Google IAM service accounts

In this video, we’ll show you how to generate temporary Google Cloud Platform IAM credentials using HashiCorp Vault.

Emily Ye (Google Cloud) and Andy Manoske (HashiCorp) discuss the Google Cloud secret backends for HashiCorp Vault, and demo how to use it. Vault is a tool for secret management that enables developers to store, manage, and control access to tokens, passwords, certificates, and other secrets. Vault can store given secrets, like generic key-value pairs or API keys, or dynamically generate secrets like credentials or certificates. This video will show how to use Vault to create Google Cloud OAuth access tokens on the fly.
