Agentic applications often move from local prototypes to shared infrastructure before teams have a repeatable way to provision environments, connect to models, manage access, or diagnose failures. Platform teams need a paved path that gives developers speed without giving up consistency and control.

In this session, we’ll explore how to build this path on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) using Terraform. We will demonstrate how to codify a governed, self-service route from local development to a shared cluster, covering key patterns for model portability, secure identity management, and end-to-end observability. We'll conclude with a demonstration of a complete, repeatable developer lifecycle—from local code to shared infrastructure.
