James Bayer
James Bayer is HashiCorp's Executive Vice President of Product Management, responsible for the company's overall product portfolio, and has been at HashiCorp since 2019. James is an enterprise middleware and open source veteran, who previously held product management roles at Pivotal, VMware, and Oracle. He was VP of Product for Cloud Foundry and PCF at Pivotal. He has also worked in technical sales and consulting roles at Oracle, BEA Systems, and IBM. He earned a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
