Using a platform-based, self-service approach, Banking Circle managed to scale our IaC capabilities, empowering development teams to manage their own infrastructure in a simple way, without dedicated Ops resources . The solution is based on a set of shared, re-usable building blocks. Those include terraform modules, pipeline templates, how-to guides and other pieces of documentation. The benefits we got through this approach were not only the technical ones, but also an important transformation in the way we work and collaborate together.
