Jeff Harper
Jeff Harper joined HashiCorp in January 2019 as its first Chief People Officer. Known for building company cultures that empower the success of the business, Jeff has helped establish a world-class team of global professionals by ensuring that our people and teams are engaged, aligned, and thriving. He brings more than 20 years of HR experience from a diverse collection of high-growth companies, including serving as the Senior Vice President of People and Culture at Mindbody, leading HR at Demand Media, and holding leadership positions at Abraxis BioScience, THQ, Ubisoft, and Capital One. Jeff’s work has been recognized by NPR, SFGate, and Glassdoor. He earned a graduate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
