Chief Financial Officer, CoupaTodd Ford has served as a member of the HashiCorp board of directors since May 2020. Mr. Ford has served as President of Finance and Operations since June 2021 and as Chief Financial Officer from May 2015 to June 2021 at Coupa Software Incorporated, a business spend management company. From December 2013 to May 2015, he served as Chief Financial Officer of MobileIron, Inc., a mobile IT platform company for enterprises. Mr. Ford currently serves as a member of the board of directors of 8x8, Inc., a provider of voice over IP products. He holds a BS in Accounting from Santa Clara University.
