Sales Compensation Manager

We are looking for a Sales Compensation Manager to support sales functions in our GTM Org. The Sales Compensation team is responsible for end-to-end sales compensation of the Worldwide Field Operations (WWFO) roles. This includes plan design, administration, support and compensation analytics functions. This is in individual contributor role and is responsible for sales comp administration and support, while working closely with design and analytics functions

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

As Sales Compensation Manager, your responsibilities will be -

  • Administer sales compensation plans to ensure accurate and timely performance calculations and sales compensation payouts
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to process new hires, terminations and transfers; set up new hires in line with plan policies and procedures
  • Distribute compensation plan letters timely and accurately
  • Research and resolve commission-related inquiries from the Sales team (e.g. system access issues, transaction disputes, credits and payment calculations)
  • Process required adjustments and manual data loads in a timely way
  • Evaluate sales compensation administration processes and initiate changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs of administration
  • Support ongoing maintenance of Xactly Incent & Xactly Objectives, set up compensation plans and credit mapping rules for all sales teams in incentive tool
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly analyses to measure compensation plan performance including variance to budget, correlation between result and payouts by individual contributor and manager

What you’ll need (minimum qualifications)

  • 5+ years of work experience in Sales Compensation administration
  • Must be highly proficient in Google sheets, docs and slides
  • Experience with administration of Xactly Incent
  • Experience with service management, preferably Freshworks or ServiceNow
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Experienced in process redesign and improvement
  • Proven project management capabilities
  • Experience working with global and cross-functional teams

What’s nice to have (preferred qualifications)

  • Experience with other sales compensation applications
