Partner Marketing Manager - EMEA

About the role 

Reporting directly to the Director of Field Marketing EMEA, the Partner Marketing Manager for the EMEA region will be tasked with shaping and executing the partner marketing strategy, ensuring its success. Serving as a program manager for all partner-led initiatives (CSP, SI, Technology) across EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing these activities. Acting as the central point of contact, you will connect partner marketing, partners, and field marketing teams seamlessly. You’ll work with the Field Marketing team EMEA, the Global Marketing team, Partner Managers in EMEA and Sales to ensure we deliver successful partner marketing programs aligned with business goals across all types of partners.

In this role you can expect to

  • Develop the regional partner marketing strategy under the guidance of the Director of Field Marketing EMEA and in collaboration with partner marketing, field marketing, and partner teams.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive plan of activities for EMEA, working closely with global strategic technology partners, regional SIs, and Cloud Solution Providers.
  • Act as the subject matter expert within the marketing team on the EMEA partner ecosystem and go-to-market strategies, fostering strong relationships with both local and global partners to facilitate local program execution. Facilitate partner onboarding processes within the system.
  • Track and report on activities, measuring their success against predefined metrics.
  • Serve as a liaison between partner marketing, field marketing EMEA, and partner teams EMEA, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage regional partner marketing program budget and oversee MDF allocation and invoicing.
  • Your day to day activities will include:
    • Work with global marketing to create EMEA-wide programs that field marketers can easily execute in their respective regions, driving efficiency and scalability in our partner efforts.
    • Collaborate with Field Marketing Managers to understand and support local SI
    • Design and execute local programs in collaboration with partners generating demand and pipeline such as events, digital campaigns, workshops
    • Manage in-person joint events together with Field Marketing team, including messaging, content, swagand on-site support

You may be a good fit for our team if you have

  • 5+ years of partner marketing experience and/or field marketing experience in a enterprise software, B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Sound understanding of the partner ecosystem and business dynamics within the tech industry.
  • Highly results driven with outstanding analytical ability. Demonstration of a metrics-driven approach to success and can show Return on Investment (ROI) by tracking results from marketing activity against budget
  • Strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Capability to take ownership and drive project execution from start to finish.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Asana, Splash, Zoom webinars, Jeto.
  • Comfortable with analyzing and interpreting marketing performance reports, effectively communicating results.
  • Demonstrated track record of building measurable B2B marketing programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Budget management and MDF programs
  • Based in Madrid
  • Willingness to travel in EMEA.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages appreciated but not mandatory.
