Growth Marketing Manager II

About the team

Our Integrated Campaigns team drives worldwide strategies to engage prospects and customers and generate demand for our prioritized products and solutions. We drive our Go to Market (GTM) strategy, and partner closely with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, DevRel, the Worldwide Field Organization and others to bring full-funnel campaigns and programs to life and optimize performance and business impact.

About the role

For this key role on HashiCorp’s Growth Marketing team, we are looking for a passionate team member with experience running campaigns and/or brand campaigns globally at scale. This is an opportunity for someone who embraces team collaboration and project management. The ideal candidate excels equally in strategic thinking and tactical execution.

In this role you can expect to 

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop full-funnel campaign strategies aligned with business objectives that are targeted towards our decision-maker audiences.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign goals and target audience.
    • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across various channels, including digital, events, web, social, email and content marketing.
  • Content Development and Messaging:
    • Work closely with content creators to develop compelling and relevant campaign content for decision-maker audiences.
    • Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all campaign materials.
    • Create and optimize emails and webinars for different stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing:
    • Implement lead generation tactics to acquire high-quality leads.
    • Design and execute lead and account nurturing campaigns to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
    • Collaborate with the sales play team to align marketing efforts with lead conversion goals.
  • Project Management: 
    • Use Asana as the primary project management tool to plan, organize, and execute campaigns.
    • Implement Agile methodologies, including running sprints, to ensure efficient and timely delivery of campaign milestones.
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for each campaign.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact campaign timelines or quality.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success.
    • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in campaign strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Drive alignment with marketing and cross-functional partners across Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, DevRel, the Worldwide Field Organization and others to drive the strategy and gather business requirements

Requirements

Minimum requirements

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience overseeing high-velocity and scaled marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing global programs with diverse teams and engaging various key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in formulating and implementing campaign strategies that achieve measurable success against funnel metrics and KPIs.
  • Diverse background across marketing disciplines, including demand generation, integrated marketing, campaigns, and performance marketing.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to efficiently handle multiple complex projects simultaneously, showcasing adept juggling abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling the translation of complex data into actionable insights.
  • Possesses a startup mentality, displaying a bias for action and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at high-growth tech companies.
  • Experience marketing cloud services and/or software solutions.
  • Experience marketing towards a decision-maker audience.

The base pay range for this role in the SF Bay Area / NYC area is:
$118,300$139,200 USD
The base pay range for this role in Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, New York (excluding NYC), Washington D.C., or California (excluding SF Bay Area) is:
$108,500$127,600 USD
The base pay range for this role in Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro) and Washington (excluding Seattle Metro) is:
$98,600$116,000 USD
